Alcohol drinking brings fun, enjoyment and sometimes relaxation. Especially when you are joined with a group of foreign people, there is a chance to hear different words of saying cheer. While some say it in English, others might translate the cheers in Italian. Regardless, the takeaway is to enjoy and make the most out of the drinking session without the embarrassing hangover.

The initial tip to keep in mind is to avoid drinking on an empty stomach. Getting fully inebriated will speed up further should you are completely hungry. You would also feel dizzier with empty stomach as well. However, take note that peanuts, chips and some tiny snacks are not considered as real food. Order the right and proper meal and its possible that you can have a wonderful and less frustrating drinking session with everyone.

Do not blame your friends should you take too much. Its been never a contest. And you cannot put the blame to others when you are the one taking the sip. Apparently, its only a matter of responsibility. Some are only good at holding liquor than others. When that criterion does not involved you, look for juices or water that can be consumed instead.

Avoid mixing drinks. This is one well known tip that even the beginners are aware of. As what most people know, not every liquor is compatible with each other. Not to mention that mixing things lead you to get drunk much faster. So, aside from not combining drinks, it is important that you eat in between. This would keep you under control for a long period.

Make sessions longer by using smart methods. Nobody wants to finish the session at an early time. You could be compelled to drink a lot after others have completed their turn, but you should try to resist the temptations. This is especially vital when you are a bad drinker. In lieu of that, try to sip little, talk a lot more, eat foods and then repeat. That said, lasting longer is very likely.

But if dizziness prevail, taking good breaks might help. Walk out your room and have fresh air. Or try to sprinkle some cold water on face. Staying on place which is both calm and also quiet is also a good alternative too. Regardless of the decision you come up, seek necessary permission from friends. Otherwise, they might keep searching for your presence.

Choose the right food. Apparently, most oily foods absorb less alcohol. It is a well known fact that a lot of people know. The important thing here is that you figure out what diet is better, especially when thinking to drink hard to avoid problems. Order them in advance and consume bit by bit until you gain control on your pace and avoid getting drunk easily.

Throw up when you cannot handle it. If limit is near, then try to throw up to avoid spilling a great mess inside the room. Go outside or visit the toilet instead. After you puke, chances are you would feel much better and probably fresher.

Even if you sober up, always know your limits. There is always limit to everything even in liquor. By being well aware of your condition, its likely to avoid a bad and awful day ahead.
