The three most essential elements of any barbecue party are the guests, the weather and the food. I can not make recommendations about your friends and family, you are on your own there, but I hope you will find my suggestions for the other two fronts practical.

Family Travel - Xocomil, Guatemala
By Marina K. Villatoro
Guatemala has surprised me a lot. It is so much more than I thought which brings me to my story:
My family an I were visiting a theme park in Guatemala that we love. It is called Xetulul and can be found in the Retalhuleu Department of Guatemala. The place is fantastic and we love visiting it, because of it's great rides for all ages. Next to it is its sister, Xocomil Water Park. Since I'm not crazy about pools we had never visited it but this time we gave it a shot.

How To Make Sure Your Family Has A Fun And Safe Camping Trip
It could be said that the pioneer days brought in the first family camping trips in America. Pioneer families did not have the option of staying in a hotel or motel because there just weren't any then. They went out into the wilds searching for a new place to live. It was an adventure that they did not necessarily want to take, but it was likely something they did enjoy at least some of the time on the way to where they were going. American families don't go camping in search of a home, but in search of adventure and fun.
