Belize is the smallest of all the Central American countries but don't let that fool you because it has lots of miles of beautiful white sanded beaches, Mayan archaeological sites such as: Caracol, Xunantunich and Lamanai, rain forests filled with wildlife, lots of animal species, and a culture with a very noticeable British influence but unique at the same time.

Family Travel - Xocomil, Guatemala
By Marina K. Villatoro
Guatemala has surprised me a lot. It is so much more than I thought which brings me to my story:
My family an I were visiting a theme park in Guatemala that we love. It is called Xetulul and can be found in the Retalhuleu Department of Guatemala. The place is fantastic and we love visiting it, because of it's great rides for all ages. Next to it is its sister, Xocomil Water Park. Since I'm not crazy about pools we had never visited it but this time we gave it a shot.

Animal Facts - Brown Four-eyed Opossum
Brown Four eyed Opossums are tiny marsupials with huge eyes that look a lot like big rats. These guys also get their name from its brownish to yellowish fur color and the creamy white spot that they have above each eye. They can be found in all forested habitats of Costa Rica but especially in the South Pacific Region. Their range extends to all Central America and the Northern Region of South America.
