Popular Cruise Trip Destinations From Florida That You Will Love

By William Fuller

There are a lot of popular cruise destinations from Florida. The first thing you have to decide is how long you want to be on the cruise. There are different cruise lengths. You can choose a one day cruise, a four day cruise, a seven day cruise, and it could even go up to fourteen days. The best part about cruising is that you will have an opportunity to see various locations and different cultures without the stress.

After you have decided what amount of time you would like to spend on the ship, you must find out which port offers the dates that you need to travel. You can go out of Miami, which is the most popular, or you could choose Tampa Bay, Fort Lauderdale, or Cape Canaveral. Each individual port provides a plethora of options as far as cruise lines, dates, and locations. If you want to make sure that your trip goes as planned, you will want to verify everything online.

The most important thing you have to figure out is where you want to go. There are numerous locations you have the option of seeing. You can choose to go to the Eastern Caribbean, Western Caribbean, the Panama Canal, the Bahamas, or a combination of these locations.

For travelers that only have a couple days to enjoy a cruise the Bahamas is the best option because it is the closest island. There are four main islands that you may get a chance to visit and those are Freeport, Castaway Cay, Paradise Island, and Nassau. These are all very beautiful islands and they have a lot to offer as far as culture and sights go. The Eastern and Western Caribbean are very unique as well.

When it comes to the Caribbean, you will be given the option of visiting either to the eastern or western side. The western Caribbean cruise will stop in such places as the Cayman islands, Isla Roatan, Puerto Costa Maya, and Cozumel. The eastern Caribbean will include stops in St. Thomas, Grand Turk, and a couple other islands. The Panama cruise will feature ports in Los Angeles, Cabo San Lucas, George Town, and many other popular areas of interest.

One of the best things about cruises is that you will have the freedom to explore each individual stop and plan your own agenda. All of these locations offer their own unique attractions and beauty. It is up to you to decide what type of vacation you are looking for and what exactly you are interested in seeing. You will want to spend some time researching each individual location and make the list of the activities you would like to take advantage of.
