Biggest Air Pollution Causes

By Francis Mitchell

Pollution today is big news and not a day goes by in the media without a story developing. Some people may ask what all the fuss is about as their country may not be as polluted as others. Take a trip over to the some countries which do experience a lot of this and they will soon change their mind. The pollution threat has almost reached everywhere with a few exceptions. Before long no country will have escaped the threat from the pollution.

We don't the different toxins and other outdoor factors which we are inhaling which causes us harm. People forget about acid rain and cigarette smoke and dioxins. As the population make advances in technology then the increase in pollution is bound to follow. Other factors include farm pesticides or smoking raising from factory chiminies, all of this we know about but appears invisible to us most of the time. When you think about each householder having more than 1 car , times this by the number living in the country. The car pollution along is a staggering amount of o2 omissions.

Cars and vans which are built for this modern society contribute a great deal of fumes into the air by cars parked either at the side of the road or on motorways during rush hour traffic which cause the greatest pollution. It is only matter of time before a new energy source will be found by scientists today.

We all know the name of the gas in our air which is carbon monoxide. No one can taste or smell this gas but you will know if the air is polluted in a large volume. Two factors can contribute to this fact and they are vehicles which are run by petrol along with people smoking cigarettes. Unknown to us we may have already breathed in the harmful gases over a period of time which could result in later life diseases. Carbon monoxide is powerful and dangerous.

Modern day living has seen an increase in breathing problems especially within large cities. A great deal of the breathing problems which doctors are presented with are said to be contributed to the various gases surrounding us from vehicles and factories.

Have your say. What do you think? Can a solution be found? Can anyone find a new source of energy which does not harm the Earth? Here's hoping.
