What Piping System Should You Adopt?

By Abigail Roberts

All companies have offices or factories to maintain, and for this they need an efficient piping system that does its job well and was built to withstand the harshest conditions of prolonged use. One of the best investments any business can make, an efficient piping system prevents company losses coming from pipe-related complications such as leaks, all of which disrupt smooth operations and lose businesses plenty of other capital in between.

Different companies need different piping systems, particularly with the type of industry they belong to, the kind of operations they execute, the environment in which they operate, and the equipment they make use of. There are 4 major types of high-grade piping systems to choose from: the Cuni, Chibro Pressfitting, Cunipress, and Steckdrain.

The Cuni pipe system has 2 core models--the 90/10 and the 70/30. The Cuni system was created to efficiently prevent seawater from seeping in and causing corrosion. A common problem particularly in industries located in open seas, corrosion is destructive and costly to treat. Ships and offshore rigs will find the Cuni a cost-friendly answer to dissolution with its effective metal alloy protective coating, which keeps corrosive seawater well out.

The Chibro Pressfitting, on the other hand, is a piping system made simple to install for industrial, residential, as well as commercial structures. It uses carbon steel which is non-fire hazard, harmless, and durable. It is also very flexible and cost-efficient, thus making it a good long-lasting solution against leaks.

The Cunipress piping system, meanwhile, is also simple to install and reliable. More notably, it is a useful economic solution for industries against corrosion, since it is equipped with a higher resistance against seawater and brackish water.

Lastly, the Steckdrain pipe system is best for drainage waters, industries, big kitchens, as well as hospitals for its flexibility. The Steckdrain is made of stainless steel and works perfectly for drainage systems under gravity or vacuum, shielding all common types of buildings and industries from dissolution and other pipe-related problems as well.
