Vacation cruises in Hawaii

Going on a tour or vacation to none of those cruises to Hawaii is normally a dream that very many people cannot wait to experience. The main reason why Hawaii is a favorite tourist destination is because of its incredibly lush tropical landscape, green waters, historical buildings and a thriving metropolis in the capital that is Honolulu. The area is made up of islands ranging from the smallest to the largest which is Hawaii. These beautiful islands make up the unique perspective on the Hawaiian culture.

When you go on a Hawaii cruise, you can go island hopping no matter whether you are on a singles cruise, family cruise, or a mixed cruise. This is because the climate in Hawaii is great for a lot of outdoor sports, indoor pleasures, or just relaxing. Some of the many pleasure of this tropical paradise that you can sample on your Hawaii cruise are highlighted below:

Maui

This island is where you can come and enjoy special moments during anniversaries, honeymoons or just vacations. It has a wide area of unspoiled places where you can go and play in. On the west side of this island there is Kahalui which covers an extensive area of white sands and clear water. It is well known for its beautiful rainbows that normally appear after most tropical rainstorms. Kahalui is also the only deep water harbor on Maui and it also has a wildlife sanctuary known as Kahana Pond state.

Kona, Hawaii

For those who love coffee, this is where you will find colorful poinsettias and bougainvilla growing in a lot of places. It is believed that Hawaiian royals used this island as their home in the Summer. This area also has a rich dark soil that grows macadamia nuts which are used in wonderful white chocolate and macadamia nut cookies. In this area you will also find a variety of shops where you can get all these food treasures, as well as coral jewelry and handmade loose dresses known as muumuus. Once you are on the land at the port, one place you must make sure you visit is Hulihee Palace that has a wide collection of royal antiques.

Hilo

Hilo is the second largest city in Hawaii after Honolulu and once you get to this city you will be welcomed by the beautiful scent of the air full of fragrance of anthariums and orchids. You will also enjoy walking around due to the large number of quaint Victorian homes which overlook Half Moon Bay. You will also get the chance to see a Japanese-style Yedo Garden here as well as a green and tropical forest together with Akaka Falls.

Kauai

This is a great island where you can stop by during your cruises to Hawaii. What makes this island great is the great number of features such as magnificent waterfalls, crystal-watered pools, sandy beaches and spectacular sunsets. This is the reason why this island is also known as the garden isle of the entire Pacific. The residents of this island are very hospitable and they easily share this spirit with all visitors.

Honolulu

This is the capital of Hawaii and it boosts of having a pulsating nightlife, quiet coves, perfect beaches and five star dining. This is a large city which can take you even more than a day to fully explore. Some of the other great places you should visit during your cruises to Hawaii include the world renowned Diamond Head, which is an extinct volcano, the Polynesian Cultural Center, and the USS Arizona at Pearl Harbor.
