Best time to go and visit Dubai

By Robert Br.

As in the case of most countries you visit, it is usually a matter of what the weather is like. It is one thing to need to attend a vital event that you have heard such a great deal about, but if you are interested in knowing when the perfect time to go and visit is then it might help to plan your agenda as to the many things available to entertain you while in Dubai. And it's often possible to make your travelling better with employing a car rental service.

There are several things to do in Dubai but none are as exciting to patrons as the Dubai shopping holiday. It is here that anyone who is addicted to shopping can get their fix. The Dubai World Jazz Holiday happens sometime between February and March and is a terrific way to enjoy some of the more popular names in Jazz.

If you can stand the hotter climate, then the Festival of Taste could be just what the doctor ordered. Come with an empty stomach and a desire to try something new. Visitors to Dubai should be aware that they're in a Muslim country and may be prepared to respect the stern rules such as alcoholic beverage consumption, where no one below the age of 21 is served and drinking in the streets is exactly proscribed.

If you like adventure then Dubai is the place for you, with the Dubai summer surprises, or DSS as it is affectionately called, there are several events prepared simply for the tourist. No event is as bold or as entertaining as the safari and dinner tour though, where you get to go in the back of a land rover, on the way to a night of dancing, bellydancing and a dinner of Henna and Hasheesh.

IT fans who choose Dubai as their vacation spot should not miss technology week, where some of the most recent electrical items are being introduced. As one of the most commonly recognised international exhibitions of PCs and communications, this is a complete must see event.

Dubai has many things to supply its visitors, if it is festivals, music events or conventions, there is something for everyone. There are 2 spiritual festivals the folks of Dubai hold dear to them, first there is Ramadan which happens during the second 1/2 the year (Sept/Oct) and Diwali (Nov/Dec) aka the holiday of lights. Travelers in pursuit of a thrilling time with a selection of activities, will not have to look any more deeply than Dubai.
