Check Out Some Worldwide Holiday Spots for Next Year's Vacation

By Ian Smith

In this article we have three interesting vacation spots you might be interested in.

The Angsana Great Barrier Reef has the most amazing position at Palm Bay north of Cairns on the east coast of Australia right at the northern end of the Great Barrier Reef, and it's the only resort on Palm Bay with direct access to the beach. There are sixty seven roomy lush air conditioned extravagantly furnished suites. As you'll be right on the beach it'd be a good idea to book a sea front suite. For those used to Western european size apartments, the accommodation is massive. There's a fully set up kitchen, and laundry, a large lounge and a dining area, and two toilets. There's only 1 restaurant but you don't have to go far to find other good restaurants to eat in. There are 3 swimming pools and a heated jet pool. The emphasis is on the beach, but swimming is tricky for more than six months in the year because of the jellyfish stinging risk, though there is an area protected by nets. The Angsana Spa as you would expect from Angsana is an award winning experience with a huge choice of treatments that are completely unique to the resort. Eventually the Angsana offers unrivalled close access to the north of the Great Barrier Reef. What a great Worldwide vacation Spot

We travel to the British Virgin Islands in the Caribbean for the next of our International Vacation Spots

Biras Creek Virgin Gorda BVI thought to be one of the best luxury destinations in the Caribbean, it is accessible only by boat or helicoptor. Thus if seclusion is vital, exclusivity, and all inclusive then Biras Creek may be just ideal for you. Accommodation is in suites with two to a cottage, each has a separate lounge, bedroom, and outdoor living area. The suites are spacious, simple and unfussy, and calm apart from the sounds of the ocean. The variety and quality of the food is an impressive feature. The view from the restaurant which overlooks the North Sound matches the food, as astounding. There truly is just as much or as little to do as you would like. Each suite includes two cycles, and you need to get out and about on them and explore. The beach where you sunbathe is a 20 minute walk, but no time by bike.It is a fabulous place to sit, read, enjoy the views and just escape from life's pressures. The best description of Biras Creek is one of quiet class, and strangely enough if you're the type of person who loves it here, you will make friends as it draws like-minded people. There is a high percentage of their guests that return.

Staying in the Caribbean for the 3rd of our Global Vacation Spots we go to a tiny island off the coast of Guadeloupe. Auberge Les Petits Saints Terre-de-Haut Guadeloupe is on the island of Terre-de-Haut which is one of the islands of Les Saintes off the south coast of Guadeloupe, and they count amongst the most beautiful islands anywhere in the Caribbean. While everything is very French, it is more a Breton France than anything. The Auberge is found on a steep hill above the harbour, and is a wooden gingerbread style house covered in bougainvillaea. It is delightfully tiny and friendly, with ten rooms, and an apartment sleeping six to eight people. Best described as a Caribbean Inn, It is a ten minute walk down into the town which is old fashioned in appearance. Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. Mostly you will probably eat out, though evening meals at the Hotel Auberge are very good with wonderful service, and a great romantic ambience. Food portions everywhere on Terre-de-Haut are gigantic. It's however so much fun to take a hike in the evening and sample the local fare. A handful of French is a help as the local people much like it if you at least try. Terre-de-Haut is lovely, and The Auberge les Petits Saints is the number 1 place by miles on the island. However don't tell too many folk, there are places that ought really to be kept secret.
