A unique outlook is the first quality of excellent trade show booths. Other qualities of excellent stands are affordability, simplicity and being interactive. Simple stands are normally more effective than the complicated ones. The more interactive a booth is, the higher the number of people who will visit it.

It is hard to know the exact number of people who will visit a certain booth. If many people attend a certain trade show, then a booth featuring in such a show can have many visitors. So that one gets a higher number of visitors, one needs to use effective marketing techniques. There are different marketing techniques that can be used. The most effective technique is the one that is ideal for one's circumstances.

When erecting this kind of booth, the interests of the target audience should be taken into account. If the majority of people in an audience are farmers, one's booth should have farming themes. If such people are businessmen, business themes must be used. A booth that has pictures of different types of exotic domestic animals, organic and genetic varieties of edible plants and different brands of fertilizers will attract the interest of farmers. On the other hand, the booth having brochures containing information on investment strategies and online marketing will attract businessmen.

Incorporating brainy games and entertaining tests to be part of the activities inside a certain booth, will make the promoting activity to be very interactive. When the audience is involved through games, use of relevant themes and tests, the promotion activity will easily succeed. To enhance the entertainment value of a game, there should be a prize. A prize can be anything of value. If visitors are farmers, the prize can be a very healthy cow.

A unique booth will stand out easily. Having a unique stand involves spending a lot of time towards brainstorming. If the marketing activity will involve a number of people, they should all be involved in brainstorming sessions. One must not copy the ideas of competitors. Copying ideas of competitors may end up derailing one's marketing effort. The themes, dramas, pictures and messages used must be as original as possible.

Apart from being original, messages and pictures used should be simple. Over complicating issues will cost much and may not contribute towards the effectiveness of the marketing activity. Simple pictures and messages will be understood very easily and they will be economical. A booth must not be overcomplicated but must be simplified so as to save money and to attract more people.

The booth owner will come up with suitable messages and will also determine suitable themes. Such an individual informs and educates visitors on different issues relating to his product. Booth owner is required to carry out research to establish the accuracy of information he plans to give to people.

Good trade show booths are very effective in marketing will bad ones are a waste of resources. The good ones have unique themes, are interactive and are affordable to maintain. Themes used should be relevant and easy to understand.
