Holiday Breaks during Easter time

By Bob Wilkins

The Easter holidays are approaching and the thing that is probably on most children's minds is plenty of chocolate eggs. While this may be exciting enough, why not take your children on one of the many UK holidays available so they'll have an even more exciting Easter that they will never forget? Easter is a perfect time to go away with the whole family and spend some time together and with caravans and hotels abound, there is always somewhere to stay.

It is possible to have a peaceful Easter as well as allowing your kids to have plenty of fun. Looe Bay Holiday Park in Cornwall surrounds you with many places to unwind, such as its glorious beach, so you can relax while your children play in the sea or try their hand at crabbing at Looe's harbour.

Looe Bay is also close to Profell Wildlife Park and The Monkey Sanctuary, which provide a contrast to the peace and quiet and will delight the children!

For a more active holiday, Mullion Holiday Park in Cornwall is perfect for exploring hidden coves along the beach that were once used by smugglers and pirates. Mullion is also not far from Land's End, which provides a fun and educational day out for the whole family.

Cornwall is a great place to spend Easter; the lush beaches and superb coastal walks entice people from all over the world every year. Visiting one of Cornwall's many villages is also an experience in itself, with plenty of souvenir shops to browse and Cornish cream teas to sample.

One of the best things about these Easter UK holidays is the fact that once the day is over, you can come back to one of the Cornwall caravans on the holiday park and relax in front of the TV and have a restful night's sleep before you start the next memorable day.
