A visitor to the UAE's rich, sumptuous, and exotic town of Dubai will have available an entire host of dining options at their disposal. There will naturally be local foods available everywhere. These include balalit, mezze, hummus, jazariya, kibbe, tabbuleh, baba ganush, kussa mahshi, warak enab, pitta bread, falafel, khuzi, kebab kashkash, khanfarosh, lokaimat, matchbous, esh asarya, sagu, shwarma, ghuzi, biryani, shirba addis, and grilled chicken. For travelers who desire time out from the native cuisine, Dubai also offers excellent examples of international dining. Across the town you will find Italian, French, Indian, Mexican, Japanese,Chinese, Thai, Korean, Pakistani, and Persian cuisine as well as fast-food chains like McDonald's, Pizza Shed, Pizza Hotel, Hardee's, Wimpy, and Dunkin ' Donuts.

The following cafes could be the best in Dubai:

Cafe Chic. Located in Le Meridien Hotel, Cafeteria Stylish offers the best French cuisine in Dubai. You'll find here a calming yet joyful atmosphere. The menu is rarely continuing, changing according to the season. Blue Elephant. At the Blue Elephant you will find excellent Thai dining. Some of the specialties: scallops, squid, and crab. The largest highlights of the restaurant are the authentically Thai setting and the top-notch service.

The Karachi Darbar. The Karachi Darbar is a food chain of which there are a few fine examples all though Dubai. These diners are excellent for visitors on a smaller budget because they provide a enormous menu of great food at an acceptable price.
