Capture The Heart Of The City With Paris Photos

By Maris Zysett

Paris is without any doubt a paradise for anyone who loves taking photos. You can spend the rest of your days in this lovely, romantic city and still have insufficient photos to catch its many-faceted heart. It has probably been written about by more writers, painted by more painters and photographed by more photographers than any other world city. Your Paris pictures will no doubt be admired by friends and colleagues.

It's easy to understand why this is so. Paris has something to offer everyone. From the unmistakable beauty of the river Seine to the glitter of the Champs Elysees; from the awe-inspiring Eiffel Tour to the breath taking beauty of the Notre Dame; and from the treasures of the Louvre to the zest for life of Euro Disney, there's that will excite a photographer regardless of what his interests are.

No matter how much you photograph the Eiffel Tower, there's always a way to take one more picture. Perhaps take it from a different angle. Maybe take it from closer or further away. You might like to try when the light is different, such as at sunset.

The glass pyramid while watching Louvre is another example of how their sense of architectural adventure makes them think from the box. They often create something that isn't beautiful you may notice it the very first time, but it grows on you over time. This, it can be said, requires true genius.

To take pictures of Paris architectural wonders like the Notre Dame is also an endless exercise. Paris has so many beautifully preserved historical buildings that choices weeks on end just wandering the streets taking pictures. There are a multitude of interesting doorways, beautiful windows and unforgettable architectural styles.

Paris pictures are about more than tourist sites and historical landmarks though. The true heart of Paris is only revealed when you begin taking pictures of its people. Housewives bargaining for a better deal at the fresh produce market, stylish old gentleman having a quiet nap in the park, the artists of the Latin Quarter and the zest for life of the thousands of students at the Sorbonne. The different options are years sitting at a sidewalk cafe in Paris, just taking pictures of the fullness of life you will experience in this most beautiful of all cities.
